I was assured of touch pad number part by the authorised service dealer Astvinayak, Goregaon within a few days. After Twenty days and two dozen calls to Astvinayak and Chennai Office of Samsung, I was told that I will be refunded an amount as per Company’s policy within ten days. faulty oven parts not replacing

I brought an oven in 2009 may 13.In the month of april 2010 its convection pully got melted.After repeated attempts after registering complaint one enginer came and open it in april saying it is to be replaced.Till then no body has come to repair even after I visited a lot of time to their service centre and repeated mailing and a lot of calls to their customer care etc. Continue reading
