i have purchased ac in 2008 and since than its second time service peoples ask me to refill the gas in it.please find below history of it.

I had purchased 2 nos. split airconditioners 1.5 TR each, Onida make 5* rating from Rg’s at Gotri Road, Vadodara in the month of January, 2010. One unit was commissioned with lot of problems in February, 2010 while the second unit is still not commissioned and no one is taking it seriously even after vigorous follow up by me with the vendor. New AC, within gurranty period, was not cooling, so complained. Service people came from the company and took out the AC on 4th March, 2010 stating, there is a gas leakage, and we will get it on or before 8th March, 2010.
