ICICI lombard Family protector policy

Sir,

I took a Family protector policy for two years from ICICI lombard based on the commitment of free health check up for all the family members. They confirmed the free health check up through their brochure also. I am having the brochure also. The premium value is Rs. 13000.

Now they have sent the policy with a discout coupen of free health check up for any one of the insured person.

Non Delivery of Policies

I have taken two policies Called Capital Gain 2,nos are:
0124023516 and 0124518618 (this one is in the name of my wife,Mrs Sudha Sinha).
These policies were taken through Standard Chartered Bank,Patna in the month of March 2009.
Till date we have not received the Policies Documents.
Several reminders have been done to Bajaj and also The Bank,but no result.
