I am not satiosfied with the 3G network service. I have not asked for it also. I cannot make any outgoing calls nor send any sms. The network connectivity on my phone shows IDEA and not AIRTEl. why is that so.

I was having a landline phone no. 0180-2585424 at Panipat Refinery Township, Panipat, Haryana. In May’2009, I applied for disconnection of the phone. I deposited all the pending bills and asked for refund of the security deposit. But despite making regular visits to the BSNL office for the refund of security deposit, I am not in the receipt of the same till Date i.e. 29th March’2010.
