Respected Sir, I am T.K.Ghosh who served to indian army from 10.04.1969 to thirty april,1993 during 24 years and fifteen days. But sbi maynaguri branch (code:12423)members are very lazy and irritated customers. I requested to you please that you visit with surprised manner and catch them open hand and punishable offense who irritated the work of sbi. they close many times 1pm and 2pm. if customer asked about it they either angry or ignore. no answer given to the customer. I request you to please come like a customer otherwise they are very consciousness about formality. please we are very irritated and survived us, thanks sir
