Tariff changed without notice

I had taken up a scheme with Airtel where Airtel was offering 50paisa/min local/STD, validity 1 year.

For that I had done some amount of recharge and they said that it will be valid for one year.

On 5.12.2011 suddenly my call tariffs were changed from 50paisa/min local or STD, to 60paisa/min. Months before the one year time period would expire.

This is a clear fraud from the company.

I had called the Customer Care, the person who picked the call told me that he is transfering my call to some Mr Punit. I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes and then the call was disconnected without anyone attending my complaint.

I found Airtel to be totally unethical and a fraud company. And their Customer Representatives too are rowdy people.

Shameful!!
