Hello Sir, “Greetings” This is Sreeraj S from Bangalore. I have raised a request for getting the Policy document for Tax Benefit on 31st December 2012 on two policies, BTHC100000000909 and BTHC100000000910 with the service request numbers 1292464 and 1292447 from TATA AIG. I was told that the requested soft copies will be delivered to my email ID in 24-48 working hours. When I have asked the status of the same yesterday, I was told that it was already been sent. I clearly told that I did not receive and took another request and was told that I will receive it by End Of the Day 02/01/2013 with service request number 1304994 and 1304987. Also i was assured that I will get a call back regarding the same. Even that did not happen. Unfortnately I should say that The services whcih TATA AIG is providing in a very unprofessional way which is not acceptable by an end customer who is desperately looking for a good service. Please let me know whether you can do any thing needful in this regard
