I financed a Tata Indigo car from TML in 2007 and gave them cheques of [1×6435.00 + 35×6415.00], The cheques were duly cleared from my Bank, I have the bank statement, however the cheques were not supplied to the bank in order, none of the cheque was bounced, one cheque was lost by TML and their official visited me and I paid cash, I have the original receipt. In-spite of all the cheques been cleared, TMF is not giving us the NOC and my widowed mother is being harassed by TMF recovery agency, they are threatening her to pay another 20 Thousand rupees or they will come and snatch the car, I have tried to convince them by calling their head office and also speaking with their national whatsapp customer care, but they are not helping us. I am Australian citizen now and feel very sad that my mum is facing all this harassment. My father when alive did go to the TMF office in Jalandhar city and every time he was assured that NOC will be sent out to you in Mail, nothing written was provided. Please help me and m mother, who lives alone in Jalandhar.
