We have not been receiving the hard copy of our monthly bill for the last ten months.Every month we have to make a number of calls to them asking them for the hard copy of the bill.Every time the sms message on the phone comes that our request has been resolved but we never receive the bill. In spite of repeated reminders and complaints in the apellate authority of the service provider also there is no resolution to our problem.Our last complaint no.is 352141181.We have not received bills for the months of January and February till date and the March bill is also now due.
Timely delivery of hardcopy of bills in a routine manner.
