I bought a DOCOMO 3g connection no. 7206213168 on 15 June 2013 from DOCOMO dealer mentioned above. They misguided me about the plan details. They told me no BILL will be issued if I discontinue to use their service before 3 months from the date of purchase. For some emergency after two months I shifted to Gurgaon where DOCOMO has no network. So I disconnected my connection. I received a bill of near about 3000 including 1000 as disconnection charges and 1600 internet modem device charges which they never gave me and they were supposed to give plus tax.

They cheated me over false details and did not give me the device which they were supposed to give and it is added in my bill. I need the device and book them for fraud.
