I had done a internet recharge of rs 69.00 (2.5GB) on 13 may 2012 which was valid through midnight of 12 june 2012 but on 11:15pm of 12 june 2012 the charge of internet usage was deducted from my main account balance of about rs. 319.00 and hence main balance became zero

I talked to 121 and also the appellate authority, bhopal but they stood on their ground, then I filed a complaint in consumer court korba case no. cc12/36, but was rejected on the grounds of bar of jurisdiction on 27/02/2013.
