I have Purchase Broadband connection of Tata Docomo from above Dealer in the month of September’2014 of which i was told that the area where you reside is a high Speed Internet Zone and there won’t be any Network or Speed problem. But from the day of using the Service there is Consistent Slow speed and Network coverage in using the Internet for which i have raised several complain request and E-mail at the customer Care Department. After their engineer visit for resolving the issue, has clearly told me there is Indoor Network coverage in the area and the issue cannot be solved presently. At which i said if i am unable to use the service at my premises which is the purpose for taking the service then there is no point in using the service further and hence Kindly refund the money for the payment of Internet-Dongle. Neither the company has resolved the issue and neither refunded my payment and seeking payment from me through Recovery Department for which i am feeling cheated and harassed.Kindly take steps to register my complain and my refund Request.
The purpose for which i have taken the service was not met due to the wilful fault of Company as there is aan Indoor Network coverage issue company was facing at the area and hence knowingly convinced me that we are providing Good network and speed at your area. while using the service it was extremely slow and i was unable to work on my Tasks required to be done at the Internet, while the data usage gets increasing but Connectivity to the Internet was very poor as opposed to what was promised. I feel cheated and harassed.
