i’m using tata docomo post paid number 9021191xxx since last 8-10 months. i never face any wrong billing issue before 2 months. but from last 2 months company charge unnecessary charges in my bill. company change my regular plan without any request made by me. they send me only sms for my info. when my 1st bill generate, i called to customer care and asked about excess amt. charge. by 5-8 follow-ups they ensure me that u will not charge excess amt. and ur plan is also not change. now i received another wrong bill where i charge extra 447 rupees. now i called them but they said that my plan is changed frm 23feb.14, & we afford last months bill. now we cant adjust your billing amount. also, in last month my company started 3g service without any my request. i called them for reactive this service but still 3g service is active. i show this to docomo stores representative for proof. they also get surprise after seeing . now i delete all network setting from my handset but still company charge me for internet usage.
1)i want to get my postpaid plan back. 2) i dont want to pay excess amount which they charge. 3)i want to stop 3g service with proof. bcos, in their system, it shows deactivate buy my handset shows 3g symbol yet.
