They deny to issue invoice by saying its company’s norms to not to issue invoice. They take opinion that the retail stores do not issue invoices so we also not issue invoice.
Income Tax authorities not allows sms as an evidence as well as SMS they sent will be in phone till phone works but company only gives warranty of 1 year for phone so afterwards if anything happens then no party will take the responsibility. Income tax assessment/scrutiny starts after 5 years and we very well know that 5 years is too long to have a same phone now(to preserve sms).
