Tata DoCoMo Dongle Billing Errors

I asked for a TATA DOCOMO Dongle to agent Jay Prakash / Sanjay (sanjaya. nisanka@gmail.com), in 20 July 2014 against which he asked me for 2 sets of documents and issued 1 dongle & 1 DoCoMo sim against my will and told it will be automatically deactivated after 2 months.

I never used the sim (in spite of repeated requests to use from the provider) , but in Dec 2014 I got a call from the service provider in my personal mobile number demanding to pay unbilled amount of Rs.1500+. (No bills received till then) I contacted the agent (Sanjay), we both got confirmed about the misuse of the number by someone else by dialling it and then he promised to settle the issue about the un-billed amount. I also e-mailed the service provider regarding this issue. 4. After getting another mail/call from the service provider in March, I registered a police complain in the near by police station. 5. In April 2015, Debasis Das, (contacts provided above) on behalf of the service provider, sent a mail for unbilled amount of Rs. 3174/ followed by a legal notice through advocate Paresh Sahoo(pareshsahoo6669@gmail.com) for legal action in 11 June 2015. 6. I explained everything to them in details but they are not convinced and harassing me with the same matter till now demanding to pay the amount which I never used.

I want this case to be settled as soon as possible. I am not going to pay for what I have never used.
