Hi Sir, I am using Tata Docomo postpaid connection. The connection is of GSM Diet 299 Plan_1.2. I am using this connection from Dec 2013. Before taking the connection, I confirmed with them that whether internet pack is included in the plan or not. And they said yes. For 1st two months, my bill came was Rs.205 and Rs.345. But for this month,its Rs. 955. They have charged Rs.513.39 extra for this month for internet usage. So,my complain is as per the information provided by them, they charged extra amount without informing me.

I just want that they should remove the extra charges which they have applied on my bill because as per the information,they told internet is free. So why should I pay extra.
