I was told I can migrate this connection from post paid to pre-paid any time. I have paid all my outstanding dues but still it is not migrated into pre-paid why? I have visited in the park street Tata Docomo store, where I was asked to visit, but unfortunately I was told that I cannot migrate this post paid connection into pre-paid. Please help me to migrate this connection as early as possible because I would be leaving for Dubai by the end of next month. Also please refer the payment receipt no. which is MHCC3000466408. I have cleared all the dues, now I want to transfer this connection into pre-paid
