This grievance is pertaining to the Tata Docomo Photon connection that I availed during second week of April 2015. My account number associated with Tata Docomo is 7795737419. The service is expected to provide me a network speed of 21 MBPS, however I have been struggling just to get the connection through since the time I got the instrument. I raised a service request on 21st April, the request number being 473341877. I have even escalated the response to the appellate and even after repeated reminders I have not had any resolution till date (30th April). The issue was supposed to be closed by 22 April, by the way. The issue is pertaining to the network speed that Tata Docomo is offering. I am not even able to http://www.speedtest.net/ to check out the speed.
In spite of repeated reminders and escalations to appellate body, I do not find any action taken to address this issue. I want Tata Docomo to refund me the expense incurred, along with the business loss that I have incurred and the mental agony experienced because of the inability to communicate or work with my counterparts in Silicon Valley.
