The mail submitted to TATA DOCOMO : This refers my email of 15th july,2013 and communication with senior officer dealing with cancellation at 1800266121( please check Tele recording) by which the senior officer asked not to cancel the connection as I dont have to pay anything extra other than 450+taxes in view of my cancellation request and offered that Tata Docomo is offering a special scheme of additional 2GB boaster free that has to be consumed by 24/7/13 and for the first month the bill date is 27th, so after that the speed will be available free at lower speed. This was informed to be specially offered to me as I was planning to discontinue on the first month itself. On the basis of that assurance and 2GB free boaster dose activation, I decided to drop the cancellation request put forward. The above is the fact of the case and what you have written as sceme and plans are on paper. But the above is the decision taken and conveyed over phone( refer Tele recording of the conversation). Since the matter has now entered the zone of dispute for misrepresentation and fraud committed by your dealing employee who instructed the schme, I suggest strong action against the specific staff on tall free number who degraded the image of TATA brand by cheating and in the process inflating the bill. Finally, vide my July 15 email and various talk with several call centre staff I asked for forwarding the data usage details so that to check that the data usage as per your record matches my usage time et cetra.But till now such record is not forwarded despite several assrances. As I have seen several complain by various other photon users who are similarly complaining that for a minor surfing, your network is showing abnormally high usage and thereby wrongfully charging with inflated bills and again when me as a condsumer asking you to disconnect immediately, you are not acting on the CUSTOMER Request and thereby prolonging the dispute. Though you are showing my billing cycle to be from 24th June to 24th July – my photon got activated on 4th of July by paying Rs1300/- for the dongle, which will now turn a total wastage because of reckless management and poor customer support shown by TATA DOCOMO.
