Dear Sir, I have used TATA DOCOMO POST PAID Connection 1299.00 Plan using since 3 month. continuously facing the problem to accessing Internet connection. because connection alternet disconnected. when start again, connection does not start. I have already 5 time complaints to customer service. but problem is not resolved yet. after that I had told them for change my connection plan, they told me that, we can not change your plan before billing date. use it. but, sir I have pay every month 1299 rs. then why I m face this internet connection problem. pls help me & resolve my issue as soon as possible.
