I Ms. Sunitha Santhosh. I am a Tata DoCoMo Mobile user. Yesterday I have recharged my account with 50 Rupees and the money was deducted from my account.

May I know what was the reason for this illegal Balance Deduction ? Just because we give you Money in Advance doesn’t mean you can Deduct at your whims and fancy. I want my money again credited to my account ASAP along with extra credit. Otherwise I will sue mobile Number portability and migrate to Vodafone which is the best Operator in India as far as it comes to pre-paid balance deduction.
