Sir, myself Jony Jaat with the tata docomo no. 9034590653 want to register a complaint against tata docomo mobile service provider for un-uthenticated balance deduction from my account. I got 33 rupees balance deducted for no reason. On the 06/01/14, time 23:58pm my internet pack came to an end and it was not renewed after 12:00. After waiting for more than 1 hour I activated 33rs. pack again. But after some time i got a msg your pack is auto renew, and 33rs. deduct again. It is not my mistake, because you don’t renew my pack on time. Deducted 33 rupees double time. When I tried to contact customer care they said this is technical fault. If this is technical fault, so why you close my pack on exact time. They gave nonsense excuses. I want Tata DoCoMo refund my balance.
