I did MNP to my airtel number to TATADOCOMO. While taking new connection they have taken 500INR as security deposit. And they promised me to reverse the amount after 90 days of disconnect of service. As DOCOMO network is very bad(i complained in consumer forum). I disconnected the connection and its been more then 100 days i did not got my money back and they not even replaying my mail. Kindly tale some action this time and revert.
I want my money back and take some action on them so they will get a lesson and wont do same with customers again.
