THIS IS THE COPY OF THE MESSAGE THAT WAS SENT TO TATA DOCOMO KINDLY PAY ATTENTION TO THIS : I have been your customer since almost FIVE years now, and converted the connection to POST-PAID last month (1/09/2014) and have been experiencing ALL SORTS of problems till then, it is not long before i throw the sim of this connection away and opt for something else, i was contacted on 31/08/2014 about the post-paid plan, i had already mentioned that i had 146 rs of balance on my pre-paid connection and almost 800 MB of 3G data and a caller tune service which had cost me almost 55/- Rs.a few days earlier(which i was told will be adjusted back to the connection) out of which only the main balance was refunded the rest went to complete waste. After i paid for the connection with a sum of 350/-, which again i was TOLD will be refunded at a frequency of 100rs per month(NO MENTION of that in the bill that i got), even after asking if the number will out of service during the conversion from PRE-PAID to POST-PAID and receiving no as an answer(that the number will be fully functional) the number went out of service for almost 30-36 hours, after visiting your office from where the number was issued i was told that i had been given an additional sim with the post-paid package/kit which was again nowhere to be seen. After that SUDDENLY my number goes out of service, when contacting the concerned authority i am told that my address verification was not completed and hence OUTGOING services have been temporarily barred for which i have to pay 500 rs again as SECURITY, which i did and the number was functional after some hours. After that i received my first bill around 15th of September, the date for which was 15/08/14 to 14/09/14 with the last date of submission being 04/10/14, Now kindly pay attention that the connection was activated on 1st of September not August, when contacted the Branch head on his number i was told that the original bill will be collected from my address and HE WILL SEE that no late fees is exempted, When no one came to collect the bill till 08/10/14 i myself went to the branch office to get the matter resolved, i was given pathetic excuses as to why the bill was not collected from my place, and was also told that the dates in the bill were a PRINTING MISTAKE, when i paid the bill for the same in the office i was charged an extra 50/- as late fees when i was already told the matter will be looked into by the SAME PERSON, when asked to be provided with a receiving or a letter of confirmation for the bill i was told the same will be DELIVERED to my address,STILL WAITING. Now, today i.e one day after paying the bill my number has again gone OUT OF SERVICE for almost 10-12 hours (forgive me if i don’t remember the exact time) when contacted the SAME PERSON with whom the communication has been going on through all this says “HE FORGOT TO SUBMIT THE BILL”. If not given proper response for the same, i’ll be submitting an official
Refund of the amount wrongly charged and which was earlier claimed to be refunded with time and concession for severe grievance caused.
