On 22 dec 2012 i bought a docomo sim from rajive for Rs 200/- he told me that it will start in 24 hrs but this never happened. continuously for 7 day if went to him he every day said that it will start the next morning. finally i went to docomo customer care they told me that my document are rejected and i can take the refund from where i purchased but rajive refused to refund.
Every day i spent Rs 60/- in auto. earlier he told me that if the sim will not start he will refund my Rs 200/- but finally when it did not start he refused to give and talked to me very rudely
I want my rejected documents and my money back because i don’t earn. I am still a student. And some action should be taken so that person live rajive should not fool customers. i just want justice to me.
