I possess a Tata DoComo Walky connection since 2005 with account number 200770002 and ph. no. 07965219840. The device is owned by Tata Docomo and provided for use in consideration for month rentals as applicable. Off late device is started troubling and not working for over 3 months, I had registered complaint numerous times, but Tata Docomo has neither replaced faulty device nor arrange for repairing the device. Whereby, I am unable to use connection despite regularly paying monthly bills
