This is to bring to your concern that i had bought a TATA GREEN BOLT BATTERY on 31 may 2012 worth Rs. 13500. from the past 6 months this battery is not working properly and when i asked the dealer about it , he said that this battery is not successfully in uttar pradesh. since, the battery was in warranty period, i asked my dealer to replace it. to this, he said that he wouldn’t provide us with the service battery and that i will have to pay for the transportation of the battery. he also said that it would take just 7 days for this process and then i will get a new battery. i agreed to this. i had sent my battery for replacement on 5-1-2014 and today more then three weeks have passed out and it’s a big problem for me to be without light since the cut off of electricity is too frequent in this area. when i asked the dealer about it he said that you must consult the company. and on calling the company, they say that talk to your dealer. in a way , it is the customer who is wasting his money, time and then also getting befooled. the dealer is still not providing us with the service battery and the company still not answering us. infact, just 2 days back the dealer told me that your battery has still not reached. now, they are creating a big mess out of all this. therefore, i request you to kindly look into the above matter. i am also providing all the details regarding this matter.
