tata indiacom connection

My money is white and i am wasting for last 3 month.

I am frustrated calling Tata indicom customer care.

Same answer aaallll the time by tata “We are sorry.I am raising a ticket regarding your complaint.Our technical/field engineer will contact you within next 48 hour”.

I am using 384 kbps plan(Rs 1100).
Problems are are follows.

1: Frequent discontinuation internt connection
2: Instead of 55 kbps download am just getting 10 to 43 kbps.
3. Customer care never cares.
4. Field engineers are never engineers.
5. Customer care only talks dont resolve ur problem.because they cannot.they never do.
6. Irritation,frustration make your life hail.

Previously i had 256 kbps airtail (Rs 799 plan)that gives me a speed which varies from 33 – 40 kbps.

If u realy want to spend time writing here
Please take a Tata indicom connection.
U will be a regular member of this forum.

That day is very near when tata indicom internet services will come to an end.If it does not happens in next 1yr then call me a BIG-PIG/Shit/……..(space for u)
