Sir I purchased a samsung cdma mobile phone on 27/05/13 with it i got a sim card of tata indicom had plan of 1500 free minute but yhey gave me 250 minute talktime. When i called customer care center then they replied in negative and told me that the remaining minute cannot be given. When i called them that if you not give my talktime minute then i will go to consumer forum they replied that what you do we will never send your talktime about 100time they replied whenever i talk to them. So Please help me sir chandan kumar

Respected Sir Previously i lodge a complaint which complaint no. is 59608/4/2013. But i did not get solution. they call me and told that send me address of mobile shop i send but i did not get any response. Atleast at this time please help me.I am waiting for ur response.
