I had a tata docomo internet connection in my old address and disconnected it long back. I recently moved to a new house and contacted the tata customer support email: 3030@tatatel.co.in to check if it was feasible to provide an internet connection at my new location. They asked me in the email if I wanted to re-activate my connection and I CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT I NEED THE CONNECTION IN MY NEW ADDRESS. But they didnt read the email properly and activated the connection in my old address. After several emails they again disconnected the connection and now are asking me to pay Rs.141 to be paid for the connection that they activated in my old address. I have been recieving a lot of SMS and calls from third party agencies to pay the bill and I have to explain the whole issue to everyone. But no one seems to help me. I have addressed this issue to the nodal officer as well. But no help either.
I need the bill amount to be removed and possibly a proper lession to Tata Docomo customer support that they should deal with customers in a way of compensation or civil punishment.
