Hi, I have been a long standing customer of TATA Photon and have sufferred regular harassment and mental torture from the company during the period I have subscribed to the services. I requested disconnection of my TATA Photon No 9243386xxx and A/C No 909727xxx in November. In December I was sent a alert saying that my unbilled amount was Rs.5935. I immediately got in touch with the Customer Service and after a few calls and few escalations this amount was reduced to 726.31. I paid this amount and then confirmed with Customer Service that all my dues are clear and my account is closed. Now in January I have got a fresh bill for Rs.2336 despite not using any internet in the last month as per account closure and device disablement. I called customer service and was rudely told that my last date was 26th December and that I had used internet during this cycle. This is tantamount to robbery and high handedness by the TATA Company. Let me assure you at this rate and this disgusting level of Customer Service your company will close down soon. Please heed the customer and resolve my issue at the earliest. Failing which I will take with up in the Consumer Court as this is exploitation of customer. Best Regards, Sanjay Sen
