Respected sir/madam, i am balakrishna, working as a banking professional. From the past 6 months i am using tata docomo network. Today in the early morning at the time of 12.30 AM, i recharged my mobile through internet banking. Amount was deducted from my account but balance was not credited in my mobile. In the early morming, i called customer care and requested them to credit the balance in my mobile. They replied that due to their technical problems amount was not credited in my mobile and the amount may be refund with in 5 to 7 working days. what the hell is happening here? they take only few seconds to deduct the balance from my account, then why should they take that much of time for refunding my amount. Even they cant wait for a single minute to credit the balance in the mobile with out taking money. At the same time, why should they kept our money for such large duration. i am attaching my account statement to support myself and it acts as a proof of happened things. Another thing is i am getting reply that all the customer care representatives are busy from the morning after my first conversation.
amount should be credited to my mobile as early as possible and compensation for this bad service is up to them
