Tata Indicom – Billing for Non usage of Internet services

I am getting bill for non usage of Internet Data services. Even i enquired with the tata docomo office at Basheer Bagh where service centre said that my mobile is not activated for web services but i am getting bill for such service which is more than Rs.1000. So i have given application for conversion of my no from post paid to prepaid and for which i got blocked my old sim and took new sim after seven days but after taking new sim after a period of 7 days where there is no usage of services even though i got a bill of more Rs. 1400.

Refund of amount and Penalise the Tata Docomo with heavy penalty so this cannot be repeated with any other customer. Please penalise for giving wrong promises in advertisement.
