My Billing cycle is from 25th to 25th every month. On 4th of October i raised a request for the shift of location and i was informed that a filled shift of location(SOL) form along with rent agreement and ID proof i have to send to customerservice@tatacommunications.com. I did the same on 11th Oct. but i was not given any response.since then i am calling them continuously and sending them mails but i am not given any proper information so i am continuously sending them my documents both in word and PDF format still the responce i get everytime is that “we are unable to open the documents please send us in PDF or WORD format”. On 18 of Oct. i was given another ID,after sending the documents to that ID i was given a response on 21th that my inquiry no. is 2238335 and i’ll be given the call within 24 hrs. but still till date i am waiting for a call or a response i have also registered a complaint 15741208 for the same on 21st Oct. but still i have not received any response from them. Also 1 of their representative PRAVEEN call no. 60131700 told me that this month bill i’ll have to pay it will be compensated in next month bill but other day FLOOR MANAGER ABHILASH call no. 60157353 told me that it will not be compensated i’ll will have to pay the bill or else my connection will be suspended but i did not use internet since 4th Oct.
I want that my October month bill be waved and shift of location request be processed
