I have been facing a terribly low speed (comparable to a dial up connection) with my photon number 9212534983 for more than one month. I lodged a complaint regarding the same on 2nd December 2013 through ‘My Account’ section on their website tatadocomo.com and the complaint number I received was 748944. This complaint was not looked into until 10th December 2013 when I posted a request for discontinuation of my connection. A series of complaint numbers and service requests have been registered since then and I have not received any useful help even till now. If at all I browse, I still get dial up speed and I am still being charged for broadband services. On 27th December 2013 I also posted a complaint to their Rajasthan Appellate Authority but haven’t heard from them till date.
I want the connection to be terminated with immediate effect (as requested to them several times) and any amount that I am being charged since 2nd December 2013 be waived off.
