Tata Indicom broadband – service with related to my last recharge Not responding by staff

I have called tata docomo customer care number today to en-quire about a service with related to my last recharge. Agent picked the call and informed that she will log a complaint reference for me and that will be sent to my mobile number but she have not logged any such for my quires. Later on i called again by 3:00 -3:13 some one picked the call and refused to say the name, not even bothered about what i am speaking. He used some abusing words. Not responding, even they have not spoken with humanity. very stupid of using docomo. Mentally I suffered because of them.

At least and acknowledgement. and a sorry. Complimentary recharge.
