Tata Indicom Broadband – Wrong Billing Recovery Harassment

I had taken a internet connection on 27.09.12 from tata teleservices, surat with 5 gb free 256bps speed with monthly rental of Rs.249.00. First bill received was of Rs.247.00 which was paid promptly. However next month, company billed me for Rs.13952.00 and also disconnected the line on 01.11.11. On enquiry it was told that that usage of 20 GB is done so it excceds limit and connection is terminated. Now detailed bill did show usage of 20GB between 22.10.1 to 31.10.11, which was not used by me at all. i had protested and meet one Mr Mushtaq at Ring Road office at Surat. Highly inflated bill shows usage which is totally wrong and unjustified. i am working as branch manager at nationalized bank and have internet at office full day, that also shows i do not require use much at home. I have send three e mails to the company on 9.05.11 ,25.08.11 and then 16.9.11, but it has never responded to my mails. Instead some persons have called me and abused and threatened me on my cells saying i will be thrown to road by them, will be arrested and put in jail using abusive language. call came from these no.7742210235 and 8769665502. i have been completely intimidated and wrote mail with intention of paying legitimate amount, however company not responding and is using all illegal methods to torture and harass me.

I was willing to pay at monthly plan for unlimited use and now also ready to pay. as i am already harassed much by these persons, I claim Rs.25000/- for wrong bill presentation and Rs.50000/- towards mental agony.
