DOCOMO DELETED 58.30 RUPEES from my balance without any reason on 18-08-2013, they customer care person saying me that for any reason once balance deleted cant be given back (even its their fault) DOCOMO is not refunding my balance and if they dont then i will stop using their number The number from which balance deleted is 7404213990 (prepaid)

now i want my double balance back bcoz its thier fault
