Tata Indicom – connection closed asking due payment

I cancelled my TATA photon account before January and then it took them months to cancel it. I paid my last bill on 31/01/2014 and asked them if my account will then deactivated. On that their associate on phone gave me affirmative. His number used to be 9251137854.After few days I again started getting messages of due payment and billing on my mobile and e-mail. After that they started calling, so I tried to convinced them that they are misunderstanding the whole situation as I cancelled my connection.It has been more than 2 months they have been calling and telling me that I have been using Photon all this time and that is why they are generating the bill. I got different connection of BSNL at my house before I paid my bill. They are still harassing me calling me everyday. They are still generating my bill month by month. I ant to file a complaint.

I want them to stop harassing and money compensation so that we can get the example out of them.I want a written apology letter with the signature of their executive and I want them to accept their mistake in the letter.
