I purchased Tata Indicom Prepaid Wireless Phone number 55754503 (changed to 65754503) from M/s Baba Telecom, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi-110085 vide bill no. 030 dated 26.9.2004 of Rs. 3150/- and filled a Application to M/s Tata Teleservices Ltd vide Sr. no. 0013225 dated 26.9.2004 along with my I. D. Proofs. But I am sorry to inform you that my above Phone is not registered in my name whereas I am using this Phone for the last nine years.

I want that my phone number to be registered in my name i.e Mangat ram garg. I am attaching detailed proof about the above information.
