Good Morning Sir/ Madam Sir i am using a prepaid mobile no 9988883308 in reliance company.but iwas not satisfied with the services of Reliance so i gave request for port out. i submit my request in tata docomo comany for port in on 22 February 2014 at tata docomo service centre located in sector 35C. they were forcing to me port in in pospaid or they were forcing to me to use pospaid no. But i refuse and tell them that i wants to port in tata docomo only in prepaid services. After that they tell me that they have not a prepaid numbers. but after when i forced them they give me a number to port in tata docomo. but after that the tata docomo store executive Mandeep Kaur talk with their senoirs. after giving me a kit of no and filling a form she takes 40 rs. from me. She said me that your no will port in tata docomo in 7 working days. but in 7 days my was not port in tata docomo. and i not received any message from company side regarding acceptence and rejection of my request. so they harash me mentally. i faced so many problems due to this and now my no is still working in tata docomo. I want that they have to port in my no in tata docomo snd they have to say sorry for mentally harashment or they have to give me a economic help for the which problem i faced.
