Tata Indicom / DoCoMo Mobile Data Excess Billing – Review

With due respect i am writing this complaint against inappropriate billing on my number i have been charged 800+ rs extra for internet i activated 99 rs 1.5 gb data on 1 may and deactivated it on 18 may i was facing roaming problems thats why i deactivated it before deactivating i consulted several times on your customer care desk initially on 2 may i contacted for deactivating , but your employee said that u will be charged 1ps per kb so that why i said i will continue the whole month but later as my data limit of 1.5gb was getting over i once again called and was given detailed information on charges to be bared i was told that from first day of activation rs 99 is applied to your monthly bill and your data usage is 1.5 gb in that i was told if i deactivated it in between then also i will charged 99 rs for it and if data goes beyond 1.5gb then only i will be charged extra my data usage was within 1.5gb now i got a bill of something 1250 and when i consulted your customer employee i was told that for 18 days u were allowed to use only 800mb of data and the rest data that u have used is charged according to 1ps per kb i am confused i am using a monthly rental scheme and i already paid for it how can u charge me on daily basis u can charge me for full month so there is no point in telling u have been charge for only 18 days and rest data is charged extra please look into this matter as if this problem is not solved i will immediately disconnect my services and will never use your tata docomo service

I want that extra internet usage charge should be removed.
