everyday i receive messages from tata docomo about offers of 3G data since past 2 months but when i recharge it with special recharge they decline it.and they message me 3 times a day and i have tried all the offers but the money is deducted from my account and still no recharges happen.

I’m fed up with this. If this number wouldnt have been public i would have thrown it away a long time ago. they dont have good network and they still cheat people with fake offers.
