Tata Indicom – falls charged for internet browsing

I am tata docomo customer with mobile no 9028983375. I have 1596 balance in my account. But suddenly when I check my on 1/3/2014 it was just 0.08. When I talk with customer care they told me I have charged for internet browsing. But I have a working data plan on my no and still 2.24 mb remaining in the account. When I send email to them they give me reply that I have charged for multisession browsing. But if I have balance in my gprs account then tbere is no question that how I use internet.
