On the commitment of providing 100Mbps connection, Data Docomo setup the broadband service at my home. When I checked, the rate was only 18-20Mbps. I asked them to improve it or else remove it, for which they said they would fix it, but never fixed and I never used the service at all. After one month, they provided the bill and I got in touch with the customer care and explained the situation, they said they would fix it but again did nothing. I asked them to remove the connection, again there was no action. Finally, they provided me 2 months bill for the service that they never provided. Almost 50 different people called me over the next 2-3 months asking me to pay the bill. I tried explaining to all of them with patience. Everyone would say they would do something about, but nobody did anything. Now, after 6 months, I got a call from them threatening me that they would take legal action. I’m not worried about that and I don’t even have an issue with money as such (I run 2 technology companies), but I’m stressed out because of the harassment caused by Tata Docomo
I just want them to apologies for bad behavior and also for cheating me. I want them to close my connection fully, if it’s not fully closed yet with no charges for me at all. I don’t want to pay for something that was never delivered. My Tata Docomo Account Number is 919604xxx
