Hi Sir, I have been using this connection for about two and half years, i have not received single statement from tata DoCoMo till date.i have been making my regular payment every month,later I identified that I have opted for 199 plan with 300 min free,but the bill that was generated was always above 600,i asked them to send me the statements,they have sent me the last 7 months statements in which there is internet usage charges that is about 400-500 every month I asked them why is there a charge for the internet usage when I never opted it in the first place .I told them I am not going to pay them unless I get my charges reverted. they have barred my outgoing also. request you to please help me here

I wanted to get the extra money charged to me reverted and also compensation of $25000 for the unfair business.
