Tata Indicom – Improper billing also no body is ready to hear

I had taken the connection in which i took internet facility. My plan was for monthly rental Rs.350/-. As per plan they have to provide 400 minutes free call facility (local/STD). Further they have to provide me 100 SMS per month free and 1 GB free download facilities and internet unlimited. They have charged me Rs.474/-towards internet charges. Rs.26.50 towards SMS and local usage Rs.42.84. Finally they have given me a discount of Rs.46.16. I do not find from the bill whether there was a download of 1 GB. This Invoice generated is bogas. They did not send me the Invoice in my email id even after repeated request. Finally on 06/12/13 i got a copy of my Invoice after pleading the executives more than 10 times. Their behavious is not good and also no body is ready to hear. Please help resolve the issue in 48 hours.

Actual Invoice of the amount spent should be generated giving details of how many SMS i have sent and also how much i have made local calls and STS calls giving phone numbers, time and duration of calls made, and finally how much download i have done. Unless all details are provided i am not happy with the Invoice.
