Tata Indicom – Incorrect Bill no customer care support

My tata photon docomo number is 9238313761. In my bill no: 155886957(period 3.5.2013-2.6.2013) [Copy Attached] it has been mentioned that my Total data usage is 1818MB and I have used 116MB of my Speed booster pack of 0.5 GB. But on analysis of my itemised bill it can be seen that from 3.5.2013 to 26.5.2013 the usage is 1648.9 MB. The data usage from 29.5.2013 to 2.6.2013 is 262.58 MB (It is what I have used through my speed booster plan which was activated on 27.5.2013).So my effective data usage is 1648.9 MB and NOT 1818MB as speed booster data is free. So there is a clear cut discrepancy between the data usage shown in my bill and the actual data usage. The concerned Tele service has sent me an excel sheet (through Email of ashok.Kumar7@tatatel.co.in on 17.6.2013) explaining the data usage but there is also a clear cut discrepancy between the data usage shown in the bill and in the excel sheet.Eventually they said that they have adjusted the bill amount by giving Rs 280/- discount. But this to inform you that the waiver of Rs 280/- is given by the Teleservice concerned is because they have not given me 250 MB extra(WHICH IS AN OFFER BY THE TELE SERVICE FOR ALL WHO PAY BILL ONLINE) for which I was eligible any ways as I had paid my previous bills online. It has nothing to do with my complaint. So my complaint is “PLEASE EXPLAIN MY TOTAL DATA USAGE OF 1818MB AND 116MB OF SPEED BOOSTER PLAN as shown in my bill no: 1558869571”.

I had several communications through listen@tatadocomo.com in this regard from 10th to 22nd June 2013 but due to the repeated denial and fixed reply of “Bill is correct” without convincing evidence from the tele service I have started this complaint through this site.In my work place there is some problem in my registered mobile connectivity.I had otified them several times and even updated in my personal information in “My Account” at the tele service site that MY PREFERRED MODE OF COMMUNICATION IS EMAIL.They still keep on replying that”They called me to explain me bill but my phone was unreachable” This is a request that I want a reply through an Email or as a reply through this site.My request to the tele service is “Not call me to explain.” Please explain vai mail or this site and do not linger the matter further by replying that “You wanted to explain via phone and my Phone was not reachable”. Please explain it in writing.
