Tata Indicom – Insufficient data is given

Hello sir, I m a regular customer of tata docomo i was reacharge a 39rs plan of docomo on 6th october 2013 on my no 9033096476. That time i will chekcked them service this will shows in 39 you will be able to use 150+150 mb 3g data. But when activate this pack they give me only 150mb data. I was complaint agisnt them on his service but they said our plan was changed on 30sept 2013but without remove information about their servoce how its possible to change plan. If they might be removed or replace there plan they would be first remove from there site or service na. Please help me sir/mam. I m thank full to you of you are help to me money is dosent metter for me but they cheat me na thats why i will take action on them please help me.

I want give my data or refund only and if they cant give then i want to case against them.
