I have bought one IP Camera from Tata Tele services, and paid upfront Rs 28000/- for one year (for better negotiated price). The device never worked. I kept telling to rectify the problem to Mr Sunil who sold the device. Now after 1.5 years I have not used the devise and now no one is even giving me service for the device. The Tata telecom store managers are not even aware of such device ever sold by Tata teleservices. Apart from this Tata teleservices has charged me Data charges on my mobile numbers and when asked to provide mobile device ID, they refused to provide the same.
